The Center for Democracy and Reconciliation in Southeast Europe, a non-governmental and non-profit organisation, is looking for a committed and motivated individual to fill the vacant post of the Development Officer at its headquarters in Thessaloniki.


The successful candidate will be proficient in English (preferably native speaker) and with excellent writing skills.

Other essential abilities and attributes include:
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent teamwork and cooperation
• Some fundraising, marketing or grant writing experience

Desirable skills and competencies
• A good knowledge of EU systems and Southeast European political and social affairs
• Experience of writing promotional materials, articles for the media, speeches and presentations
• Research and analytical abilities
